VoltFi is an energy infrastructure firm. We focus on assets with contracted or regulated revenue, and on the ownership and capital structures that carry them over the long term.
The mandate is energy, not a single technology. Generation, and the networks and systems around it.
We look at assets that are operating, and assets that are ready to build. We do not look at early-stage technology or commodity price exposure.

Revenue under contract or concession
A long-term offtake, a capacity agreement, or a regulated framework.
Rights that survive diligence
Land, permits, interconnection, or the equivalent concession rights.
Method
The contract comes first.
The offtaker before the model
We begin with the revenue contract and the counterparty behind it.
Debt the asset can service
Debt is sized to the cash flow of the asset.
Rights, then a commitment
Technical, legal, regulatory and financial review before a commitment.
